- Coordination and direction of ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, and reception (including supervision of setup and breakdown of the event)

- Facilitate a drop-off meeting the week before the wedding to receive all personal items to be placed at the ceremony and reception location(s). Pack up all personal items at the night's end and secure them in a pre-designated place.

What is included in your Design Package
- Stronger Events decor items, such as table runners, candle sticks/holders, twinkle lights, gold backdrop stands, and more, are used.
Design Package

- $1000 worth of flowers, Stronger Events can make floral arrangements for the Ceremony site and reception space. We recommend getting your bouquets from a florist, but if you would like, I can create your bridesmaid bouquets we will have meetings to go over your floral wants and needs.
- Set up of all of the decor and clean up of your decor.
We will have three meetings and you will receive design documents that will help hone in on your design.
Gold Package
Our partial planning package is designed for those who need more assistance than event management alone can offer. With our partial planning package, you will receive 30 hours of our time. During this time, we can have meetings, contact vendors on your behalf, and conduct any research or planning that you would rather not do yourself. Simply hand it over to us and we will take care of it for you!

Partial wedding planning services: 6 months before your wedding, the planning will begin. this package will include:
- 3 meetings for planning
-2 meetings with Vendors
-Once you sign the contract and make the nonrefundable deposit, you get 10 extra hours up to your 6-month mark. (use them or lose them)

Partial Planning

I Will create a Timeline for the weekend and an Inclement Weather Plan
- Rehearsal coordination. This includes organizing the rehearsal for 1hr
- Day-of coordination for 10 hours. All of the day-of logistics will be worked out beforehand so that you can have a stress-free day

Our first meeting will be our Onboarding meeting, where we will review everything you've planned and map out what is left to do.

-Our second meeting is called the final walk-through. This meeting will be one month before your wedding day.
(These meetings can be via Facetime, or we will meet in the Red River Gorge area or Lexington for these meetings.)

Look no further! I'm here to help. As I'm already ensuring that every moment runs smoothly, why not capture some beautiful video content too? This option is a game-changer, especially if you're not planning to hire a videographer but still want those cherished moments recorded.
Even if you do have a videographer, this service is a fantastic addition for social media enthusiasts – consider it the cherry on top of your wedding cake!
Here's the scoop: I'll record 30-second videos using my iPhone 14+ of all the moments listed below. Depending on the significance of the moment, the videos may extend beyond 30 seconds. You'll receive a Reel of your entire wedding day by 10 AM EST on the day after your wedding. Plus, I'll provide you with a link to access all the content I've captured. If you have specific reels in mind or spot something you'd like to create, just send me the ideas or tag me on Instagram, and I'll make sure to get that footage. I'll also offer suggestions for your wedding day, some of which are humorous or inspired by current Instagram and TikTok trends.
Here's what to expect on your wedding day:
I'll arrive at the scheduled start time, and from there, I'll capture moments of the bride getting ready with her entourage, and the same goes for the groom if he desires. I'll be multitasking, juggling my coordination duties with content creation. Many of the things I do seamlessly complement each other – capturing clips of the venue, decor, and the bustling behind-the-scenes activity. My assistant will assist in filming much of it, allowing me to maintain my full focus on your special day and you as a couple. Let's ensure every significant moment is beautifully recorded!
